A form of hands on healing. Using 'Universal Life Force Energy', meaning energy that brings life to all living things, to boost your bodies own abilities to heal. A very soothing, relaxing treatment. A brilliant support for many conditions and to work along side other therapies. Very effective for stress and stress related symptoms.

Food Sensitivity Testing
If you would like to know if there are specific foods creating a reaction in your body and irritating you, causing symptoms to be experienced, a long list of foods can be tested to find any sensitivities and advice given.

Hopi Ear Candling
A specially made candle originating from the Native American culture is inserted gently into the opening of the ear in a specific way and lit. The action is much like a chimney in that it creates a suction, drawing out blockages. If you are suffering from excess ear wax, popping ears, tinnitus, headaches or sinus trouble incl. heavy colds, this procedure can help alleviate these and more. It is a relaxing treatment helping to clear your head.
